About Ethersphere

At its core, Ethersphere is a wavetable instrument shaped by organic recordings, molded into tones that drift, shimmer, and resonate with atmospheric presence. Each sound was designed to blur the line between natural and synthetic, creating pads that feel fluid and unearthly.

The library of 100 presets is divided into five categories, each capturing a distinct mood. Celestial shines with airy, expansive pads that evoke starlight and infinite horizons. Drift brings evolving textures, slowly shifting like passing clouds. Ember glows with warmth, intimacy, and subtle intensity, while Obscura dives into shadowy, cinematic tones -- deep, mysterious, and haunting. Finally, Shimmer offers sparkling, glassy harmonics that bloom with brightness and reverb-rich detail.

Ethersphere is more than just a pad instrument -- it's a space for exploration. Whether you're composing cinematic soundscapes, ambient textures, or adding emotional depth to a track, its organic wavetables and atmospheric design invite you into a world where sound feels infinite.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the Raizes Player?

Yes — Ethersphere is a Raizes instrument and requires the free Raizes Player to run. Download Raizes Player once and all your Raizes instruments load inside it.

How do I install Ethersphere after purchasing?

Open Raizes Player, sign in with your ZAK Sound account, and Ethersphere will appear in your library ready to download — one click, no separate installer.

What makes Ethersphere different from other pad instruments?

Ethersphere focuses on organic atmospheric pads built from real-world and acoustic sources rather than purely synthetic material. The result is a warmth and natural movement that's hard to get from standard synth pads.

What genres is Ethersphere suited for?

Ethersphere works well for ambient, cinematic, meditation, new age, and experimental music. It's particularly strong for underscore, intros, and textural layers that need space and depth.

Can I use it in commercial projects?

Yes. Your license covers all commercial use — music releases, film, TV, games, sync licensing, and more. You keep 100% of your music.

Is it compatible with my DAW?

Raizes works as VST3 (Windows & macOS) and AU (macOS) in all major DAWs including FL Studio, Ableton, Logic, Studio One, Reaper, Cubase, and Bitwig. AAX (Pro Tools) is not currently supported.
