At the core of Nebula Keys is a beautifully recorded German upright piano -- captured close and intimately, focusing on soft and medium dynamics to highlight its warm, comforting tone. We wanted every note to feel personal, almost like the piano is sitting right beside you.
From this foundation, we crafted 44 presets that stretch across multiple creative directions: Acoustic -- honest and pure, preserving the piano's natural beauty. Arpeggios -- rhythmic and musical, perfect for instant melodic patterns. Lo-Fi -- textured and nostalgic, with vintage charm and warmth. Open Raizes Player, sign in with your ZAK Sound account, and Nebula Keys will appear in your library ready to download — one click, no separate installer.
Is this a realistic piano or a creative instrument?
Both. Nebula Keys is based on a real recorded German upright piano, so you get genuine acoustic character. But it also includes lo-fi, mystic, and space preset categories that transform the piano into something far more creative and atmospheric.
How does it compare to a standard piano VST?
Unlike a pure sample player, Nebula Keys runs inside the Raizes engine — so you get all its modulation, FX, and layering capabilities on top of the piano sound. It's less about realistic piano reproduction and more about creative piano-based sound design.
